The Certified Process Professional Course is a 3 day competency-based training program resulting in the IPAPI CPP™ Certification.

Overview

The CPP Course uses the IPAPI CEM Method to:

The Certified Process Director Course (IPAPI CPD™) is a 3 day program that builds participant knowledge to develop the organizational Center of Excellence and build the organizational culture of process and performance excellence.

Overview

The CPD Course build competency in:

1. Center of Excellence - Implement and operate the Center of Excellence with a comprehensive framework of process leadership
2. Process Culture – Create a Process Culture which maximizes success while minimizing the need for change management and negative change impacts.
