IPAPI’s newest partner in the Middle East, BPM International (www.bpmintl.com), held both CPP and CPM training courses for their consulting staff in Amman, Jordan last month.  Amman is such a beautiful place and although the weather was on the cooler side, I had the opportunity to enjoy the city scenes as well as its urban beauty.  The food was amazing and the hospitality unmatched.  I had so many wonderful things to eat, which I can’t remember the names of, but I’ll never forget the flavors.  One thing I can remember was something my very gracious hosts called “Explosion.”  It certainly was an experience.  They didn’t ask me to eat it the traditional way (with my hands), but it was an exceptional experience.  I am very appreciative of the outstanding hospitality I had there.

When I was not taking in the Jordanian sun, sights, food and exceptional hospitality, it was my privilege to guide these excellent students through the CPP and CPM course materials.  I was equally impressed with the hard work and attention paid by the BPM International staff in their training.  They gave the case studies their best efforts and proved they could squeeze significant amounts of improvement from these challenges.  These guys will do incredible feats for their customers in terms of process Optimization, Alignment and Innovation.

Congratulations to the fine gentlemen at BPM International.  I would wish you all luck, but you’re good enough you won’t need it.
