About me
Currently working for Compassion International as BPM Specialist. I am in charge of providing support to our 12 field offices in Latin America (Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Haiti, Dom. Republic, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, and Bolivia). I am also in charge of providing leadership and technical support to the recently created BPM Support Team for our offices in Africa and Asia.
In the recent past, I provided leadership, management and day to day support, coaching, and mentoring to Compassion's Sponsorship department in Latin America.
I have a Computer Science degree, but "switched" to the business side about 6 years ago after spending 6 years in the technical arena in different companies (telecom, banking, and pharmaceutical).
