About me

-          Since May 2000, I am active in a support services environment. The career path followed there was :

o    First supporting customers, later combined with giving workshops.

o    Then leading/coaching a team of 9 people and daily operations

o    Followed by full-time management (set-up, maintenance, operations, improvements…) of a web-based support tool (based on ITIL processes).

-          In February 2003 moved to the ‘Global Business Services - Web Services’ team to be responsible for services and feedback combined with education.

-          In these environments, I was also oriented towards analysing and optimising the processes.

-          Starting Januari 2004, I am mainly focused on project management and BPM/BPR/BPI in several assignments for different customers.

Excellent interpersonal skills. Very customer oriented. Interest in process-, project- & people-management in a dynamic environment.
