I am a 30 year veteran of process and technology with broad experience spanning entrepreneurial startups and SMB companies to Fortune 100 and in various roles as employee, manager, consultant and owner. I am passionate about process, customers and the appropriate use of technology. I look for any opportunity to write or speak about these topics.
