About me

I am Director of Marketing at TDi Technologies, Advisor to Global360 and on the Board of Advisors of the International Process and Performance Institute. Previously I was CEO of Bennu Group, Research Director for Process with Bloor Research and CIO of the BPM Group. I am an internationally recognized thought leader in IT Foundation Management (ITFM), Business Process Management (BPM), Customer Expectation Management (CEM) and the use of technologies supporting same.

I have co-founded and served as an executive officer for multiple technology startups, have won international awards for Thought Leadership (Global Thought Leadership Award 2007) and Engineering Excellence (George Westinghouse Signature of Excellence Awards – 1990;1991) and am the author of several patents and several books including my latest book;  Customer Expectation Management - Success without Exception.
